Store Policies

Your Data Is Secured At Para-DI Site

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

  • We employ SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) technology on web pages that deal with your sensitive data (Account Registration, Login, as well as the Checkout pages).
  • We use PayPal as the payment gateway to process your payment. You can make payment using your credit card without creating a Paypal account at the Paypal payment page. If you already have a Paypal account, that's fine too.
  • Once you have confirmed your item/s at the Checkout page and click "Continue", you will be directed to PayPal site to complete the payment.
  • Your credit card information will not be visible to us or stored at our site. What we receive from PayPal is just the status of your payment transaction only.
  • We accept bank wire transfer as an alternative payment method. Please email us if you prefer using this method.

Return / Refund Policy

  1. Physical Shipping Products
    • Not satisfied with the product and want to return for refund
      • Email us within 7 days after you have received the product. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Code(RMC).
      • Ship the product back to us, at your own cost, in the original packing box/es. You use any shipping company of your choice. Insure the shipment, recommended, also at your own discretion.
      • The Return Merchandise Code must be indicated on the outer packaging of the shipment. We will not accept shipment without the RMC indicated.
      • Full refund back to your credit card will be made after we have inspected the returned product, and
        • You have not register the product(hardware or software) with the product manufacturer.
        • No visible signs of wear and tear on the returned product.
        • The overall returned product is in a reasonable state for re-selling.
    • When you recevied the product, it is faulty or not working
      • Email us within 7 days of receipt, and provide us your telephone contact information.
      • Put product back into its original packing box/es.
      • We will arrange to have the product picked up and ship back to us at our cost.
      • A working replacement product will be shipped to you after we've received your returned product.

  3. NO Return/Refund request will be entertained once your order and payment is processed. If you are uncertain in any way, please email us. We are here to assist.

Delivery Information

There will not be any delivery charge for software download purchases.

For purchase with physical delivery involved, the delivery charge is calculated on a Total Order basis. Please take note of the delivery charge at the Checkout Page. Currently, we use the services of Singapore Post's EMS World Wide Courier for all outgoing shipments. This gives you the least shipping cost at a very acceptable turnaround time(the estimated shipping time will be indicated in the Checkout Page before proceeding to Paypal for payment).

Prices

  • For overseas customers, goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date and time you place the order, and are exclusive of VAT/GST, whichever term your local tax is called. You are responsible for your own custom import duties and other tax or charges.
  • Goods & Services Tax(GST) is added at the Checkout Page for Singapore residents only. Manipulation of address information to avoid incurring GST will render the transaction null and void. A 10% administrative charge will be imposed before the balance is returned to your credit card.
  • Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
  • All transactions on this site are conducted in US$ currency only(unless specifically stated).

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, it will be dealt with within 5 working days.
