Site Policies

This web site is a commercial site based in Singapore. We sell products to visitor of the site like you. We are sometimes referred to as an eTailer, ie. online retailer authorized to sell products developed or manufactured by 3rd party.

Currently, products for sale in the site relate mainly to audio technology, mostly as downloadable software with no physical delivery, but there will be some, from time to time, involving physical delivery.

We strive to provide you sufficient and correct information for you to make an informed choice. All pertinent information about a product originates from the manufacturer or developer. We make no guarantee on 100% accuracy of product information. If any discrepancy exists between this site's information and the original manufacturer or developer site, the manufacturer / developer site's information should be taken as correct. If in any doubt, please check with us first before making a decision.

Return / Refund Policy

  1. Software Download Products - NO Return/Refund request will be entertained once your order and payment is processed. If you are uncertain in any way, please email us. We are here to assist.
  2. Physical Shipping Products
    • Not satisfied with the product and want to return for refund
      • Email us within 7 days after you have received the product. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Code(RMC).
      • Ship the product back to us, at your own cost, in the original packing box/es. You use any shipping company of your choice. Insure the shipment, recommended, also at your own discretion.
      • The Return Merchandise Code must be indicated on the outer packaging of the shipment. We will not accept shipment without the RMC indicated.
      • Full refund back to your credit card will be made after we have inspected the returned product, and
        • You have not registered the product(hardware or software) with the product manufacturer.
        • No visible signs of wear and tear on the returned product.
        • The overall returned product is in a reasonable state for re-selling.
    • When you recevied the product, it was faulty or not working
      • Email us within 7 days of receipt.
      • When faulty condition is confirmed, put product back into its original packing box/es.
      • We will arrange to have the product picked up and ship back to us at our cost.
      • A working replacement product will be shipped to you after we've received your returned product.
      • Full refund to your credit card will be made if a replacement unit cannot be provided in reasonable time.

Prices

  • Para-DI is not GST(Goods and Services Tax) registered. All prices shown on the product pages are net prices for Singapore and overseas customers on the date and time the order was placed.
  • Delivery charge for physical product will be added in the Checkout stage before Payment Gateway. For overseas customer, you are responsible for your own custom import duties and other tax or charges applicable in your country.
  • Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
  • All transactions on this site are conducted in USD currency only. Please email us if you want to transact in other currency.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, it will be dealt with within 2 working days.
