Waveform Sine, Square, Saw Up, Saw Down or Triangle
AM Depth Fader 0% to 100%
AM Meter Graphic display of Rate and Depth
AM On/Off Enables or disables AM module
AM Phase 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° (Applied to modulation only)
Rotation Center -180° to +180°
Rotation Range 0° to 360°
